Joe Carriere is a results-driven electrical engineer with expertise in power systems and reliability strategy. A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, he has led reliability initiatives, developed training programs, supervised teams, and supported capital projects focused on improving equipment performance and reducing downtime. He also built a strong technical foundation through his service in the United States Navy. Outside of his professional career, Joseph prioritizes his role as a husband and father. He and his wife, Roxanne, are raising their three children, Riley, Tripp, and Paisley.
