Jeron “Scott” Kyle, District 8 incoming Director, is a resident of Sulphur, LA, and is the Director of Emergency Management at Lake Charles Memorial Health System. He is a member of the SWLA Mutual Aid Association, the Chairman of the Region 5 Louisiana Emergency Response Network, and the Ward 6 Fire Protection, District 1 Board Member. Kyle stated he feels he is qualified to serve as the District 8 Director because he has over 15 years of leadership experience as a safety specialist, mitigating and preparing for disasters that have caused numerous utility failures from hurricanes.
