To update your phone number or address, please call 1-800-367-0275, or
e-mail conserv@beci.org with the request.

Report a Power Outage

To report a power outage, please call 1-800-367-0275 or the automated
outage reporting system at 1-888-367-0275. You will be directed to
enter the telephone or account number where the outage is located. Once
you have entered your contact information, the outage will automatically
be reported in the BECi Dispatch Control Center and crews will be
dispatched.
