Ray Hauser presented NRECA CCD Certificate
At the June BECi board meeting, Mr. Ray Hauser was presented a National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) Credentialed Cooperative Director (CCD) Certificate by BECi Board President Donald Bush.
This certificate is awarded upon successful completion of all five CCD courses in the CCD curriculum. Each course is designed to achieve specific learning objectives needed to acquire knowledge and skills that will help assure the successful operation of Beauregard Electric Cooperative, Inc. This curriculum reflects NRECA’s commitment to directors ensuring that they have an opportunity to develop the competencies that will equip them to be successful in the new competitive environment.
Hauser is a farmer and nurseryman and has served as a BECi director for 18 years. He is a member of the First United Methodist Church of DeRidder, President of the Beauregard Parish Fair Association, and a board member of the Beauregard Parish Farm Bureau and the South Beauregard Water District.
