Credit Card Payments
BECi accepts payments made by all major credit cards, including Visa,
Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Simply click on the “Pay
Your Bill Onliine” icon above to pay by credit card. By using the
Credit Card Profile from the dropdown menu, you can create a profile
so you do not have to re-enter your payment information each time you
visit the site to make a payment. Your profile can be deleted at any
time.
E-Check Payments
Writing a check has never been easier. With a simple click of the
mouse, you can pay your electric bill in a minute. If you choose the
E-Check Option, you will be prompted to complete the necessary information
in order to process your payment by using your bank’s routing number
and your checking account number. By using the E-Check Profile page,
you can create an e-check profile which eliminates having to re-enter
your payment information each time you visit the site to make a payment.
Your profile can be deleted at any time.
Payment by Phone*
You may also make payment by phone by calling any of our three office
locations during normal business hours. You must provide BECi with your
card number and expiration date and a specified amount can be applied
to your electric bill. It is always best to have the BECi account number
to insure the credit is applied to the desired account.
*Note: A $5 charge will be applied to your account for payments
made by phone.
How to access your account
Once you log onto the “Pay Your Bill Online” icon above,
you will then be prompted to click on the icon to pay your bill. The
page will then instruct you to put in your account number and password.
Your password is printed on your electric bill in bold letters in the
middle of the page just above the total amount due.
