Nearly everything you can do from our "Member Services Portal” can now be handled instantly whether you’re at home, at work, or on the go.

This service, provided in cooperation with your local bank, is a convenient method of paying your electric bill. With your authorization, the exact amount needed is automatically withdrawn from your bank account each month and credited to your BECi electric bill. This service will eliminate the time and expense of postage. You will continue receiving monthly statements with the auto payment notated. Funds will be drafted based upon the bill due date. Credit card drafts are also available.
BECi accepts payments made by all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Simply click on the "Member Log in” to pay by credit card. By using the Credit Card Profile from the dropdown menu, you can create a profile so you do not have to re-enter your payment information each time you visit the site to make a payment. Your profile can be deleted at any time.

Writing a check has never been easier. With a simple click of the mouse, you can pay your electric bill in a minute. If you choose the E-Check Option, you will be prompted to complete the necessary information in order to process your payment by using your bank's routing number and your checking account number. By using the E-Check Profile page, you can create an e-check profile which eliminates having to re-enter your payment information each time you visit the site to make a payment. Your profile can be deleted at any time.
This program is designed to bill an amount equal to the monthly average and avoid the seasonal variations electric bills. It does not reduce the total annual billing, but will smooth out the monthly variations and help members fit the electric bill in their monthly budget. Budget billing is available to all residential members with at least twelve (12) month history at present location.
BECi will continue to read your meter each month. Your bill will be the same for the first eleven (11) months. You will be required to settle your account to a zero balance on the twelfth (12th) month. Your account will be reviewed for a new average for the next year. The monthly statement will include the kWh usage and dollar amount. You can terminate budget billing at any time.
How to Access Your Account Online
Once you log onto the "Member Log In", the page will then instruct you to put in your account number and password. Your password is printed on your electric bill in bold letters in the middle of the page just above the total amount due.
